Hi. I got to week 5 then had a break for 3 weeks for one reason or another. Any views from pros as to where in the plan I should restart would be appreciated.

Week 5 is the transition week and may be too much after 3 weeks off.
Try W4r3 and see how you get along.

You know better than us how you were coping, so only you can decide, but as MarkyD says, Week 5 might be too much challenge. Whatever you try, don't beat yourself up if you don't complete it, just go back again until you find your base.
