Found it quite cooling this morning to have the rain soaking me. It wasn't as hard as last time and Molly loved it dashing across the field chasing the birds. Took my hubbie's advice and left towels at the front door to wrap Molly in. I managed the 5 mins without stopping at the third attempt - listening to Jo's advice really helps. Can't believe I can do this! 🏃🏼♀️💦🐾🏃🏼♀️😊

Yes you can do it- I did R2 yesterday and as long as I remember to relax my shoulders and arms I'm ok - can't believe it is R3 next hopefully on Thursday 😳 Good luck with the rest of week 5.
