Who would have thought eh?
Got on the runner at the gymnasium, set it up to my liking and went through the whole of week 9 run 1.
A couple of times I got a bit of a stitch but I can be a bit stubborn with myself so battled through it, coming up to the final 5 mins, hearing Jo give it "you've got just 5 mins left etc, etc"
Turns out I did it, over 5k in the allotted time.
I seem to go further on outdoor runs as my "baggage" doesn't hit the front of the treadmill.
Bring on the 2nd run though and get this over with, onwards and outwards
