W7R1 Killer run!

I haven't had many negative things to say about my runs so far, but this one was a bit crap for me.

I've been fighting off a cold over the weekend, but I thought I wouldn't let that be an excuse. So I plodded along with lead legs. Then about 18 minutes in I started to get numb toes in one foot. That was a distraction, and it wasn't until nearly the end I found my mojo and got into my stride. I tried a diferent route through town instead of out into the countryside - I guess the views are less inspiring than usual.

Oh well, it was a different run, onward and upward!
