Back in the traps

Decided to do C25K again To get some structure to help get me back into my running, so I've just done W1R1. I definitely need something to keep me on track and this plan is great for that, so I'm looking forward to ticking off all those sessions. hi to anyone giving it a go for the first time- it really does work, even though you might not believe it in the early stages.
