Newbie approaching!

Hi

I need to lose weight and get fit! Just started C25K but can only jog for 30 seconds at a time! And then I fast walk for the rest of the "run time" I'm on week one and would love any tips for someone with OA in knees, and not a lot of cartilage left. Also running gear! What's the best running knickers and leggings or tights. I have a very sore running injury 😳 Ouch! Need better anti chafe gear.

Thanks

I would get a good bra, either leggings or tracksuit bottoms and a tshirt. I have now invested in an arm band for my phone and car key . I just make sure I have big pants on lol

Hi - I'm on week 9. My running stuff has all been very cheap ( Lidl - I had to go up a size though!) and seems to be fine. I invested in a good quality sports bra around week 3 and that made a real difference. I used old trainers to begin with, but bought some snazzy new ones once I realised I would be sticking to the plan. Keep going!
