Week 3 Run 3

I am so glad I put up with the aches and the hobbling on run it has definetely improved a lot!!! I finish my cool down and not only is the hobble cured but there is no ache straight after the jog. A night run with a cool breeze what a difference to running in glaring sun. My week 4 does not start till Friday, I may do an extra run on thursday just to try and prepare myself for week 4. Now I am home I am going to sit in my garden in the cool breeze rather than stay in a stuffy room.

Better not to run Thursday and Friday.

Don't forget rest days are important too.
