Finally, after 6 days I managed to complete this run! It's been too hot so I've been working out in an air-con place, no treadmill, just free weights and body weight exercises!
So tonight's iPod shuffle included Michael Jackson, (great up beat music to run to), and randomly MC Hammer, which I have to say made me giggle so much, I totally forgot I was running for 3mins!!!
I'm not sure what I'm looking forward to more, the next run or what my iPod may randomly pick to play me!! πππ§π§

Yay fab work there Lisa. It's been too hot to run really and I have had my hip playing up, still managing my 10,000 steps and that's about it. Hope to start wk 3 next wk. Let it cool down.
Yes it's funny when you have random tracks. MJ is fab though, always love his music. How did the 3 mins feel compared to wk 2? I'm looking forward to it and slightly apprehensive too. Good luck for next run π x
