Hi Everyone, Just started I have done run1 and 2. First session was OK second one I found hard but manage to keep going. Will it get any easier. It doesn't help that I live where it's all hilly.

Hello and welcome and well done for starting this - you have done the hardest step. I can sympathise about the hills - I live in a valley which isn't flat and the only way is up!
Each week is designed to build up your stamina and will make you work harder in order to achieve the goal of running for 30 minutes, but you will find that it does get easier as you build up your stamina. Your muscles, ligaments, joints etc will get used to it so long as you don't run consecutive days and allow them to recover. (You are allowed to do low impact activities such as walking and cycling)
Just remember to take is slowly and don't set off too fast.
Good luck and keep us posted.
Some runs will be harder than others. That's just something you have to get used to. Some days I am really up for a run but it doesn't go well; other days I really don't want to go out, but end up having a great run. There's no way of telling.
Don't spend too much time analysing each run. Learn what you can (if you can) and move on. A bad run is still a run. You finished the run and therefore that's another run banked.
P.S. The bad runs make good ones feel that much sweeter - well done for getting out there and doing it!!
I often found run 2 each week to be the hardest. I figured eventually it was probably that r1 I was so delighted to have achieved the new challenge. R2 I knew what was coming. R3 I knew I could do it and was excited to be finishing the week!
Hills are definitely a real challenge. Some people advise trying to avoid them as you go through the plan; I'm in two minds. From experience, yes, theyre difficulty - but they can be a good marker of progress as you realise that what once felt like the north face of the Eiger is now just a routine bit... And it means anywhere else you go, the running will be easier!
Hi and welcome. Well done you.... you managed it.
Keep it slow and keep it steady, and well done too in a hilly zone It does not get easier necessarily, BUT, you get stronger with every run you take
Take your rest days and some extra exercise on those days will help too...listen to your body, always... and never push yourself too hard.
Keep posting for great support and advice....
