I've been reading posts and I have 2 questions please.

1. What is the RICE method?

2. What is the 10% rule?

RICE - treatment for strains/injuries (rest, ice,compression,elevate) Hope you don't need that one for a while!!😮

10% rule - For increasing distance (after the programme!) it is recommended that you do not increase a long run by more than 10% of your total weekly distance. Many graduates progress to 10k using this method and turning one of their three runs in to their weekly long run. Hope this makes sense?🙂
