Hi been running for 2weeks since I finished the C25K, wondering how everyone keeps motivated when it's over? Are there any apps to help get to 10k? Thanks

Take time to take runs just because you can....runs for joy I called them :)

No distance or time constraints... and a few weeks are absolutely essential to consolidate the 30 minute runs.

Our running muscles and stamina take time to build up... the process has been started in C25K but needs working on :)

When you have had a few weeks trying different runs and consolidation of the 30 minute runs, then maybe move onto the C25K+ podcasts.. they are super for improving style and dare I say, may help with speed...they teach us different disciplines in our running, and many of us still use them either alone or within our other runs:)

So many other things to experiment with too... intervals and strides... etc :)

Heading for 10K too soon can be a step too far... and having completed the C25K journey, better to take time building up slowly to that transition :)

Everything that Floss says and, of course, parkrun. The most inspirational example of people power on the planet, welcoming any runner, regardless of ability to run a free 5k, hopefully somewhere near you, every Saturday morning.

Enjoy the journey, but no need to rush.
