So I've had a bit of a rest week and my legs have felt much better.
I decided to brave a run this morning but changed up where. Normally I run on a stony/muddy trail so I opted for grass. I also decided to redo w3r1.
My right leg had a tiny twinge at the beginning but hasn't bothered me since (normally it hurts all the way through and straight away after finishing). However, my left leg has a slight bit of discomfort.
Slow and steady on grass seemed to help. I stretched out straightaway afterwards (probably looked a bit odd 😂) and feeling much better.
Hoping that adopting this might help and that I can get back to the plan.
