Was doing great, feeling tired but fairly comfortable got to 15 mins and pulled a calf muscle. Meant I had to hobble the rest of the way. Really disappointed I think I could have done it.

Oh no! You DEFINITELY could have done it. I'm only at the same stage as you so I don't have any advice about your calf muscle but don't let it put you off! Have you been doing any of the strength and flex exercises? I haven't, but have been wondering if I should and I wonder if it would help with avoiding pulled muscles and things?

I ran with new shoes and hadn't had anything to eat and forgot my drink I think it was just cramp. Still a bit sore but not too bad. Might try again tomorrow.
