Successfully completed on a gloriously sunny morning here in Snowdonia, 2 rest days and off I go again on Saturday. Getting my breathing right has helped me get into a relaxed running rhythm.Feeling confident ( or too cockey ? ) .

Snowdonia - wonderful, I was brought up living between Wrexham and Ruthin. The only snag is it's hilly!!!!! Maybe you could have a day out occasionally, perhaps for a trot around Bala Lake because that would be pretty flat. Seriously, great to have you on board. Well done.
