Just finished Wk8 R2 but for past two runs I've had really bad knee pains.
I had three days rest between and it got better yesterday so did run two just now and I am in agony.
Any tips on how to help?

If you can, see a physio. I had bad knee pain a few years ago. Physio told me why, told me the stretches to do to get it better and stop it coming back. Have been doing them daily since starting C25k and 4 weeks in still no knee problems. I am a big fan of physios.
