I have literally just got back from W4r1 and....I did it!!!! I really did it. You just need to jog slowly and keep going.

I was worried because it looks like quite a jump from last week but you can do it!!

I think so long as you take a day off between runs it's fine. So if you can do that over the whole course it possible to do it in less than 9 weeks .... if you see what I mean?!!!

Good luck tonight. And you CAN do it!!

Try not to be nervous and maybe overthinking, take a few deep breaths and don't worry, you'll be good. Usually aim to do 3 times a week, you can vary the days about to your choosing, as long as you have the rest day..😊

Well done! Yes, it is tough but should get a tad easier for you as you go on, determination helps get you through, if when you find it really tough going maybe as the weathers getting warmer then slow it down even more..😊

Treat each run with respect but don't let any one run become too big in your imagination. All runs are doable. The weekly increments are built for just that purpose.

It may seem like the increase in running has jumped up, but don't discount the amount of walking you do between the runs which have also been designed to increase your stamina

If you've done weeks 1-3, then you can do week 4. It will be challenging but I'm sure you are used to that now - you've got this!!

If you follow the programme. three times a week and a rest day in between.. I do Sunday Tuesday, Friday.. and have two rest days ( other exercise too on the rest days :) Organise it to suit your lifestyle...but take the rest days!

Don't be nervous...just keep it slow and keep it steady.. you will be fine :)
