C25K week 4

Hi, I started C25K 4 weeks ago and using the app, I was really struggling on my own with running for the times stated but this week with the help of my fella I switched off the app and just ran (a slight down slope), not looking at the time just the end gate and was surprised that I could actually run 1.5 K in about 7 minutes! Not far or fast I know but I did it and it felt great. Now I know I can do it the app is switched back on. Think I have now got the bug for it lol.
