Don't rush it. You will discover that recovery, to the point that strenuous exercise is once again palatable, takes longer than you think. Sure you can run while under the weather but it will do nothing for your enjoyment and your performance will almost definitely suffer. Better to wait until you are sure you are better.
Don't worry, you won't lose any condition with a few extra days rest.
I wouldn't run feeling poorly. Hope you feel better soon
Still not well and torrential rain out tomorrow so won't be able to go until Friday. Might start week 3 again as haven't been since Sunday.
Better a few days off than maybe months on the IC Hope you make a full and speedy recovery but in the meantime you can honestly rest on your laurels and prepare for even more progress
