Feeling mega good! Completed on my (new to me) treadmill. Found it so much easier on my shins and I like the steady rhythm. It keeps me focused.

I have to say I do prefer it to road running and having to dodge the potholes and dog mess! Lol!

Bring it on W4, I'm ready for you! πŸ˜€
