Well you've started ....... 🙂

Best get back on it. You should be well rested 😃

After five weeks you might need to go back a week or so

I have been running have received done w5 r1 & 2. 3 times just because things outside running have happened. Today tried to tax car but mot expired so now wait 1hr for garage.

Thinking about it I should have worn running gear then I be running now.!

Have you had a break? Or are you just not managing to finish week 5 after multiple attempts? Your post is not clear.

Not managing to complete w5 due to various health and children/husband commitments. So I keep restarting run1.

I think I will just do run 3 tonight dispite 5 days since last run.

Things do tend to get in the way, don't they? Just keep at it. Week 6 will still be there, just keep running as and when you can and you'll get there.

I used to leave car at garage, run home, then run back to collect it. Where there's a will ... You can give some time to yourself! You'll be less frazzled as a result 🙂

I have done w5r2 I did cheat 3 minute warm up n cold down with 3min walking between runs managed to fit in on running machine while daughter 2 in ballet.

Enough for me to feel it is done so push on 20 min run. Should be OK it's just losing the mid 3min walk!!
