Most people discount the overall time they spend out on the runs so it looks as though you jump from 90 seconds running to 3 minutes.
The overall time is not much different to week two - in fact I think it is the same 9 minutes if I remember rightly - its just the walking intervals are changing and you are just gradually putting longer runs together.
Believe in the programme and pace your runs. Slow and steady wins the race (not that it is a race). You have definitely got this!!

I was nervous about W3R1 but although it was more tiring and I got more of a sweat on, it's yours for the taking, I've got R2 today and for the 1st 2 weeks I found the middle run the most difficult but, slow down, ignore the doubts when and if they arise and you'll be fine.
It occurred to me at some point that I was equally tired/out of puff in week 1 as in week 2, 3,4 etc
That's the way the programme works. Getting you stronger and fitter each week. You just don't notice until you complete the next run and the next one and...
