Thought I seriously wasn't going to finish this one but had to keep thinking about the otter and how it might make a reappearance. Cannot believe I have just ran for 20 minutes without stopping!!! Really sweating and had to take off my jumper lol must mean I've exercised! I'm elated! But that was very tough!!!

My (and a lot of other people on here) favourite run. It's hard but what an epic feeling - who thought you could run for 20 mins when a few weeks ago 60 seconds was a challenge!! It proves that this brilliant programme really does work, just believe in yourself. Enjoy the feeling and happy running 😊

If it was easy then everyone currently sitting on the coach would do it, but they don't and you did. Well done.

For the past month you have been dragging yourself out for a run three times a week to get to this point. You've earnt it well done!

W6 is a different conundrum altogether. Read some W6 posts on here to help prepare yourself for the changes and you will smash that too!!!
