After taking a day off I went back out this morning by myself (normally my husband joins me but wasn't feeling up to it) I'm so pleased I didn't 'just take another rest day' as I was able to complete W3D1 - I ran for 3 minutes!!!!
After finishing I got a few funny looks as I was laughing to myself!

Good for you. I had a similar experience to you. I had just finished W2R1 and I was punching the air and hugging the dog. I think the neighbours though I'd won the lottery
