Hi everyone just finished the week 6 d2 run. I'm am feeling good, starting to realise when to slow down and when I can pick up the pace. Anyone have any tips for the next run?

Slow down: always.

Pick up the pace: about 6 months after you have graduated.

Slow down... take it steady and wait for the day, after Graduation when you can start to really build up your strength and stamina for distance and speed:)

Sounds like you are developing a feel for your abilities. I am a bit further behind you on W5, but the best advice I've followed is to take it slow and finish the programme.
