Slow is best and I have been amazed how good it makes me feel I struggled with Week 1 thinking I would never get through. Have repeated the odd day but amazed myself I can now run for 20mins without stopping - and it feels good. We can do this 🏃‍♀️

Well done. Yes we can do it. Onwards and upwards x

I have just done my second w1 run. It's harder than it looks isn't it. Had a look at later weeks. 😱

Well done. Yes it is hard I know. It will get easier (so I'm told) so keep going. Good luck and keep me updated. Have a good day x

Well done for starting. I completed week 1 last week and found that it did get easier as the week went on (I repeated W1R1 as I was too exhausted to finish it). The feeling of accomplishment when you complete week one is worth working for. Also, the feeling of smugness when you do the first 90 second run on week 2, (just a week after failing to run for 60 seconds on the first run) is just amazing.

Go for it, if these forums are correct, it gets better and better :)

Thank you very much x

Well done sallyjane...😊

Don't worry about your breathing..just breathe. Go nice and slowly and hold your head up, shoulders down.

It does get easier and everything starts to fall into place as you progress (I promise 😊)

Good luck with W1 R2..you are doing this..
