I've just done W2R3, and found it still really quite hard. I can't imagine running for 3 minutes at a time - I find 90 seconds hard enough!
Week 3 beckons: I've just done W2R3, and found... - Couch to 5K
Week 3 beckons

You can do this. We've all been there and felt the same thing. You'll be surprised how ready you are physically at each jump. Just take it slow and steady.

Don't panic. It's doable.

Keep slow and steady and you will be ready for the next week but there is no harm in repeating a week or doing an extra day of any week if you need it. This isn't a competition it's a goal to reach. Good luck

You are prepared. You just don't know it yet. W3 to me, although more of a challenge, the runs flew by because there was less intervals involved. By the time you get through your first 3min run you will be halfway through.
You can do it!!
You can do this! I've just done w8r1 and felt exactly the same coming into week 3. As the runs get longer you'll be amazed at your progress. Go for it
I completed W2R2 yesterday and felt was the hardest yet.
