So I bought some posh new trainers just over a month ago from a running shop and got the insoles they mould to your feet too. Since then, I have been getting blisters on the arch of my feet and today it got to a point where it was difficult to walk.
I went back to the shop not long after first getting blisters and they trimmed my insoles which worked for a couple of runs.
Has anyone got any advice on preventing more blisters or helping them heal. Next week I start week 9 and really want to complete c25k by the end of next week

Have you tried running without the insoles? I got some more supportive trainers recently too and they tried to get me to buy insoles but I said I'd try without to see how I went and it's been fine.
Maybe change the insoles, could be that the arch is a tad too high. Use compeed or Vaseline to prevent blisters, double skinned socks such as Hilly or 1000mile or Thorlos socks..😊
