Day 1 week 1 was 4 days ago but due to 30 hours of work in 3 days when i got home all i wanted to do was sleep....but I dragged myself out today and i did it and can honestly say it was slightly easier than day 1 but I think that's because I knew what to expect.
Well done! Not easy if you're already tired. Mind you sometimes a run walk can be just the thing to buck you up after a tiring, stressful day. Just keep going very steadily. Slow is good. I like a hot bath post run. You can't take a cuppa in the shower!
