Sorry about such a simple question but just wondered. I've just completed WK1 on the Couch to 5K (Yay!) but how many rest days is it before going onto WK2?
As it would be a cycle of 6 days if it is one on, one off. Sorry to be ignorant!

Hi, as long as you have at least one day off then you are good to go. I usually like to plan my runs for a Monday, Wednesday Saturday so have more than one rest day sometimes but only do three a week still 😀
Hi, it might be a simple question but one I pondered over in the early days. I found that if I aimed to run every other day I inevitably had to miss an extra day every now and again due to life getting in the way. Just make sure you take at least one rest day and more if your body feels it needs it.
