Well I started W3 today. I have to say that I was not looking forward to the 3 minute run at all. But I managed to do it. Though I didn't cover the distance I usually do as I took it slow. Overall it wasn't too bad.

Fantastic. I remember when I did W3 I advised hubby to have the oxygen bottle ready for me by the door for when I got home lol. Thankfully it wasn't needed. Don't worry about the distance, slow is definitely the way to go. Being able to keep to Laura's timings is the key. Distance will come with time don't worry. Good luck for R2 x

Thanks. It''s definitely nice to be able to jog for that long. Before, I could only jog for a minute max without being severely out of breath

I've just finished W3 today and the 3 minute run isn't too bad now. Sometimes I even feel like I can still carry on which is amazing ☺. Yep soon we'll be official members of the running family.
