New lady in my life!

I've been using a different c25k plan and have only recently found this site. I've been reading all about the lovely Laura and, having reached the 'run for 20 minutes' stage I downloaded the W5R3 podcast. Off to the all-weather pitch and she kept me going for the whole 20 minutes! What a marvellous lady!
