Hi folks. I feel I have pretty much consolidated my 5k now and I'm considering Parkrun. I'm around half way between Ayr and Carlisle so it would take me about an hour and a half getting to either. Has anyone any experience of either? Any recommendations? I'm only putting feelers out, haven't yet completely decided because I still run under the cover of darkness, in quiet areas or disguised!!! Perhaps 'outing' myself would help my confidence........😎
