After any exercise if warm up/cool down not done properly can ths cause pains under stomach but above pubic area. same pain as running pains i had in ribs as tried exercises for stomach fat loss. and stupid me 4got to cool down

If this is Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS), there probably isn't much that warming up and cooling down will do to stop it. See the link below. Many people think a bit of DOMS is a badge of honour, taking it as a sign have given themselves a good workout You may find it better to slow down and do less to start with, because the DOMS can last a few days and might stop you from being able to repeat the exercise properly, if it hurts too much.
If, however, the pain is very bad and/or happens suddenly during exercise, you may have a more serious injury that requires investigation.

Because for 2 weeks i have been bone idle and tried a completely non nhs workout yesterday i know i will of damaged myself a bit. However I have just been looking at the nhs 10 min workouts again and the wake up workout. Gonna try them to start with then wean onto couch to 5k again.
