One year of Parkrun and very encouraged. My first time last March was 33:59. My time yesterday was 30:23 and my PB is 29:44. I can't believe I've kept it up for a year! Can't say I've lost any weight, but I have lost inches, I am fitter and I am becoming an anorak😁
