Harrumph - yet again too windy out there for my week 7 run! Perhaps a long walk with the dogs instead 🐶🐶🐶🌬. So frustrating though - especially when I'm motivated! Xx

Never mind. Wind is not very handy in these circs. A good walk with the dogs is great cross training anyway 🙂
