Well completed my first run of wk8 this morning Was a bit hard as I had the wind in my face but manage it ,would have liked it on my derrière to get me round hee! hee! 😄 😄
Back out on Sunday to do the same again!

It is..the only time I had a tail wind...I was running downhill for about 1 and a half K..and I completed 3K in just over 18 mins...!!! I reckon I was flying for the last bit of the run...Never ever happened since !!!🙂
