Well, the third run of the first week was completed today. It was a lovely run and the very windy conditions did not dampen the enjoyment at all. The legs felt good and even a little spring in my step. If it carries on like this I may have to try on some running shoes and jettison the trousers for some running leggings/ shorts.

Welcome and congratulations on overcoming the first, biggest, hurdle - getting out there and making a start. The basic advice you'll find everywhere is to get some proper running shoes (preferably from a specialist but I'm not sure how much that really matters for the distances involved in C25K - unless you know you have particular needs). This is the place to come for advice and encouragement from your peers, whatever you struggle with there will be someone who's gone through the same.
