Coming in from the cold...

… in the le Carré sense! I’ve been lurking around the forum for weeks now and have decided to make myself known. I first did C25K in Autumn 2014 and kept a diary until the end of Week 7. I did finish the programme (didn’t realize you could ‘graduate’ then) and went on to do a 5K Race for Life. I haven’t been running very regularly since then so I restarted at Week 5 a few weeks ago to get back into the routine. I know from following other people’s experiences that taking part in this forum is a good way to keep motivated to do that. My next post will be a longish, historical, edited-for-public-consumption one and then I’ll let you know how I’m getting on from run to run!
