A change of scenery

After struggling with the first 2 runs of Wk 7 have decided to take Laura's advice and change the routine. So got up early this am to do the third run on a different route. There were a couple of obstacles I had to walk round/up (workmen & steps) so to compensate I added 3 mins at the end. Don't think I could have managed any extra before, but this one felt easier. Thanks Laura!

it's strange how in the early weeks we look at W5R3 and onwards and wonder just how we'll manage to step up to the longer runs. I don't know how, but it does work!
