Week 8 r 2 and I accidentally ran 6.152 km!!!! Feeling bloody brilliant right now. And was lucky enough to have my BFF run along side me supporting amd encouraging me all the way.
Don't panic though, I'm not going to cheat - I shall keep going through to end of next week.

Just a note of caution, though. Overuse and doing 'too much too soon' is by far the most common cause of niggles and injury. Please don't be tempted to increase that distance for your graduation week. Three nice, comfortable 30 minute runs would be just the ticket.
