So here I am in Bruges. I've eaten (quite a lot) I've drunk (delicious beer) and now I've also run... week 6 run 3 with extras because I wasn't paying attention! Does going for a run whilst on holiday abroad make me a "runner"?

It does! It does! While I was on the west coast of Ireland last September, some of my favourite runs were through the little hamlets and by the coast - it was A-mazing. Incredible way to sight-see as well - you see ever so much more than if you were in a car... Perfect. Enjoy!!
