Magic Belt

Week 7 run 1 under my.belt. literally as was too mild for jacket so I used my running utility belt for the first time. And it may have magic powers because I beat my average pace by 2 minutes per mile!

Everyone on here is so encouraging and inspirational.

Thanks! So excited! I've juat bought new mp3 album 'music to run to' as getting g a little bored with Laura's music selection and as there are no more walking breaks don't really need to use her. Although I will foe the last run!!
