Wow, that is speedy! If that's comfortable for you then that's fine but don't feel you need to be running quickly during the programme, just make sure you get through the running intervals. As long as you're getting through the running intervals and make it to Week 9 injury free then that's fantastic.
Spot on. I got to Week 8 before I got that advice and it made the remaining runs much easier, with recovery from each run much quicker.
