W5r3....in total shock.

I have just completed this run. Sadly I had to miss out w5r2 but I did do a 5 mile walk which totally shattered the dog instead and I know what I am like if I had to repeat a week, I would totally beat myself up. Today we did the run and I just aimed for 5 minutes at a time and to be honest I couldn't believe when she said that was it. I was convinced she would say one more minute to go. Totally over the moon and still in shock to be honest. In the car the other day I measured out a 5k run and so I am going to attempt thwt at the end of the 9 weeks. Currently I am running around a large field and so the dog is off lead at all times, when I do thwt run she won't be able to come with me. Now to start week 6. No real weight loss but I am feeling fitter for sure 😊😊😊😊😊 a high five πŸ–.

Slow and steady does it.. Well done... :)

Focus on being able to run for thirty minutes after the nine weeks, and don't worry too much about distance. Enjoy! :)
