First week 4 run down! When Laura explained the structure I was about ready to turn back and go home!! But I thought about a comment I'd seen earlier: "trust the programme"... Laura said I could do it, and I could!! Then I weighed myself and I'd lost 2.5lb in a week. None of it's been easy - ditching the chocolate, getting out and exercising... but so worth it when you overcome the demons and the breathlessness and find it actually produces results. 😀😀😀
