A Little Help on - What is Next?

Hi All,

I have been doing the 12 week fitness plan (along side the 12 week weight loss plan) and currently in the last week! I didn't think I would make it this far but kept with the pod casts and together we got through.

My main question is to others that have completed the plan or the couch 2 5K plan and those close to completing, what did you do or are planning to do next? Want helped you to keep going?

Any ideas will be helpful,

Thank you, :)

After c25k I consolidated my running for a few weeks, working up to 5k and running that x3 a week. Then I moved onto a 10k programme. I was already strength training, but that might be worth thinking about. Good fun and great for your body if done properly. Best of luck

Hello 🙂 C25k programme followed by C25k+ Stepping Stones podcasts, then bridge to 10k podcasts. Lots of running podcasts and all free 🙂

Just getting fitter and slimmer motivated me to carry on 🙂 Many of us discover we like racing 😀

Thank you, is there any free bridge to 10k podcasts you would recommend?

poppypug is running the current quest but the three admins here take turns in a six week quest. You can sign up after graduation and comit to any goal you like and then each week you come back and say How your doing. At the end there is a little certificate you can download for yourself. I felt just like you when I graduated and wanted some time to see which way I wanted to go but still be accountable which is how the quests started in the first place. As long as you gave graduated you can sign up in any of the six weeks so it will be there for you if you wanted it.

I graduated the 'C25K nine week plan' two weeks ago but continued with the stepping stones (C25K+) pod casts as per the 12 week fitness plan.

How can I show that I have graduated? :)

If you look at the pinned posts there is a link to January 2017 graduation badges, pop a post up there and I will award you your badge.
