Not feeling as bad as I feared

I seem to have been successful at dosing myself up with cold meds, so risked going out for the 20 minute run that my 5k to 10k app had me down for. Didn't push myself very hard, just let the dog off and took it nice and easy. I was totally prepared to stop if I needed to, but apart from a bit of a coughing fit when the wind hit me full in the face at one point, I was totally fine.

Well done - I think it's a case of listen to your body and if you feel ok, then go for a run!

I was really itching to get out there, my back up plan was to turn on the Wii and do some Wii Fit (the box hasn't been turned on in about 2 years...)
