Very pleased that I have completed three sessions of half an hour each this week. I do hope I keep it up as I am sure it is doing my breathing and circulation a lot.

What are you doing in the gym? Oh, that sounds like I am telling you off, in a 'get outside' kind of way! I meant 'what exercises are you doing there?'
Hi, I am using the treadmill, cross trainer and some weights and stretches. All at very low levels at the moment but will increase gradually as I get stronger.
