Week 7 completed!

I had a day off yesterday and had lots of things planned, shopping in the morning with a friend, my son and daughter-in-law coming up from Manchester to stay for a few days but I was determined to fit a run in. I reckoned I had about an hour to spare before they arrived so I got all geared up and went out. It was pouring with rain but at least it was light. I was a bit worried after having four days off but it went ok. I thought I'd ran further and faster than last time but alas my pedometer said no. I logged at 3.07 this time. I always seem to find the first five to ten minutes the hardest then I relax into it and don't concentrate so hard on my breathing etc. That's when my mind starts wandering and i enjoy it.

Well done debze . You managed to fit that run in and that's another week knocked off the list. Nice one. :)

Incidentally, I find the first 5 to 10 minutes the easiest! Maybe because I am fresh from my two rest days. See you in week 8! :)

It's strange isn't it how it seems to be different for everyone. But I suppose we all have our own ways of breathing and pace. Thank you and yep see you in week 8! :)

Well done Debze !

Another week done and dusted , great stuff !

I always find the first five -ten minutes the hardest too and theres a explanation on here somewhere as to the reason for it , but I'm blowed if I can find it ! :-)

Keep going, youre doing great ! :-) xxx
