I'd read on here that it involved a 20min run so I gave myself an extra days rest as my legs were stiff from cycling - bought a pair of running shoes (only cheapies from Aldi this week) and I did it! I had to slow down as I started off too quickly - that was due to the shoes, what a difference they made. I was puffing at the end but recovered quickly so was pleased overall. Hoping to start Wk6 tonight...nervous whether I can do it again

Isn't that run a fabulous feeling? Well done you. For week 6, you're back to the run/walk for a bit and that can throw some people, so take it easy. But you've nailed week 5 run 3 and that is a major milestone in the programme. And now those new shoes and your determination will take you all the way to graduation in no time

Of course you can! Just go very steadily. Slow but sure that's the mantra
Have fun!
